We maintain that standard by representing only experienced, portfolio-ready, professionally trained talent.
With the exception of Background & Extras, we do not represent beginners. If you are early in your career, we encourage you to develop your craft, build professional materials, and gain verified on-set credits before inquiring with a commercial agency of this caliber.

FIA's proprietary asset database is built on one standard: every represented talent must be production-ready on day one. Professional training, verified credits, and current materials are non-negotiable across all categories — with one exception.
Verified on-camera credits required. Professional training and a commercial reel are expected. Film & commercial, television, children, and bilingual talent considered.
Current professional portfolio required. Comp card or digitals expected. Fashion, commercial, lifestyle, parts, and kids considered. Tearsheets or published credits a plus.
Professional demo reel required — production quality, not home recorded. Commercial, narration, character, and bilingual voice artists considered.
Authentic, camera-ready individuals and families for lifestyle and commercial production. Natural ease on-camera and some on-set experience preferred.
The one category open to those new to on-set work. Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor are required. Prior experience not necessary.
Open to New TalentProfessional production crew only — MUA, DP, Videographer, Editor, PA, Gaffer, Grip, Sound Mixer, and more. Portfolio, reel, or verified production credits required.
