35+ years shaping careers in film, fashion, and commercial production. Kim is an award-winning talent agent, casting director, development coach, and multi-published makeup artist whose career spans some of the industry's most iconic projects and productions.
Her career began on Steel Magnolias and has grown to include Featured Makeup Artist and Guest Judge on America's Next Top Model, work on the MTV Music Awards, and collaborations with Academy Award, Emmy Award, and Grammy Award winning artists.
Under Kim's leadership, FIA talent have appeared in campaigns for Walmart, Dove, Clairol, Google, and Blue Cross; walked runways in LA, New York, Dallas, and Atlanta; been published in Italian Vogue, Paper, Nylon, and Glamour; and been featured in music videos for Kanye West and Jay-Z.
Kim serves on the boards of Women In Film Arkansas, NWA Fashion Week, Arkansas Movie Makers Organization, and the Bentonville Film Festival. She is also the founder of Ozark Talent Bank — a community resource and training center for the Film, Fashion, and Entertainment Industry in Northwest Arkansas.
