Always confirm directly with the booking agent via email. Do not assume you are confirmed until you receive written confirmation. If you haven't heard back within 24 hours, follow up with a call to the bookings line.
Contact the booking agent immediately — do not go through the production company directly. Cancellations less than 48 hours before a shoot may affect your standing on the FIA roster. Last-minute cancellations should always be by phone call, not just email.
FIA processes payments once the production company releases funds, which typically takes 30–60 days after the shoot date. You'll receive a pay voucher when the check is ready. Questions about specific vouchers should go to contracts@fiatalentsolutions.com.
Email your updated materials to talent@fiatalentsolutions.com. For measurements, use the Talent Profile Update Form linked in the documents section above. Keep your profile current — clients rely on it to be accurate.
It depends on your agreement with FIA. Consult your agent if you're considering working with another agency. In many cases, working with non-competing agencies in different markets is acceptable, but this must be disclosed to FIA.
Send a link to your updated reel (Vimeo, YouTube, or Dropbox) to talent@fiatalentsolutions.com with the subject line "Reel Update – [Your Name]." For photos, share a Dropbox or Google Drive folder. Do not send large file attachments via email.
If a client or production company reaches out to you directly about a job, refer them to FIA immediately. Working around the agency on a booked project is a breach of your agreement and can result in removal from the roster.
Unless otherwise specified: a current comp card or headshot, any sides or script pages provided in advance, and a positive attitude. Arrive 10–15 minutes early. For commercial auditions, dress in a neutral, clean look unless the casting call specifies otherwise.
